Isn’t Stuffing A Thanksgiving Tradition?

October 31st, 2006 · 5 Comments

After last year’s costume, I had trouble coming up with an equally amazing idea for 2006. I’m not quite sure if I was successful - I decided to revisit the Nickelodeon theme this year, dressing as:

Quailman (from the Doug cartoon):

[This costume was pretty easy to make. I already owned the shorts and white tshirt, and everything else was purchased from Wal-Mart. I bought a green sweater and cut off the sleeves to make it look like a vest. The 'Q' is made with red duck tape. That's a children's belt on my forehead. Red fabric from the arts & crafts department to make the cape.

And of course, the Fruit of the Looms. Being a boxer guy, I had to buy whitey tighties to complete the costume. They only come in packs of 7. If you need some, lemme know - I've got more than I know what to do with.]

I also carved a pumpkin again this year. Since most of my Fall has revolved around one theme, my pumpkin idea came to me pretty quickly.

Happy Halloween!
