I’m at a small birthday pre-party last night, talking to some girl when I get a text message from Sachin, who is literally no more than 3 feet away.

I’m a little confused by it. The first part makes sense - he’s calling me out for hitting on this chick, which he does all the time. No biggie. But the last part was what really confused me. “Why are you saying that?,” I’m thinking to myself. “I’m three feet away from you! I AM here right now!” After thinking about it some more, I thought, “maybe he’s sending me advice for some kind of pick up line. What the fuck kind of pick-up line is THAT?”
About an hour later, I realized that I wasn’t supposed to get that message. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO HIS GIRLFRIEND.
