Apparently we overpaid our cable provider last year by $3.51 and the refund check in my name was sent to Ben (former roommate) in Ohio. He mailed me the check with the following note:
I know $3.51 is more of a hassle than its worth. But my mom was relentless. So here you go. Figured you’d enjoy the picture as well. Ben
In the envelope, he also included a copy of this picture, taken by me on St Patty’s day after I came home WASTED and found my roommate’s digital camera on the coffee table. Yes, Ben went to the trouble of getting a physical copy of that picture made to send to me.
Thanks Ben, I was hoping to get a print of that one someday.
